Who needs In-N-Out when there’s a new vegan-only version in Las Vegas? Underground Burger is here to satisfy burger cravings (and more) in Las Vegas, and it’s entirely plant-based.

The new delivery-only concept launches today and aims to feed the masses with its oversized (and packed with flavor) Impossible-based burgers.

“We saw that Vegas was missing good messy burgers. Like the kind you eat when you’re starving, drunk or hungover,” says Underground Burger’s anonymous owner.

With a huge demand for delivery, the Underground Burger team grabbed opportunity to give folks those juicy vegan burgers they’ve been craving without leaving their homes.

“We want to give people what they want,” the owner says of the new Las Vegas vegan delivery.

It features three burgers. First, there’s the Classic Underground, an Impossible patty topped with melted cheddar, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and secret sauce.

Then, there’s the Double Underground. This bad boy is the grown-up version of the Classic and stacks in two patties and two buns.

For something a little different, try the BBQ Underground. The burger comes with all the normal fixin’s, plus crispy onion rings and tangy BBQ sauce.

But, Underground Burgers isn’t only serving burgers. The Las Vegas vegan burger spot also offers the Fire Hot Chicken. It’s a thick, crispy battered Gardein patty tossed in buffalo sauce for a kick, and then topped with lettuce, tomatoes, caramelized onion, pickles and secret sauce.

The burgers all include a choice of fries or tots.

Next, Underground Burger offers loaded fries or tots. They come smothered with nacho cheese, caramelized onions and secert sauce. Add ’em as a side to go with the burger for $1.50 more.

Finally, there are the shakes. These creamy milkshakes are made with coconut ice cream and soy milk and are thick and delicious.
