Taco y Taco

Looking for vegan Mexican food in Las Vegas? Check out Taco y Taco, with two locations in town. For more vegan dining options, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

This Mexican eatery is basically a souped up Chipotle or Qdoba. You get to create your meal (with menu guidance, of course) and eat it in an urban, cool environment complete with happy hours and booze.

Pick your source of Mexican goodness in the form of a veggie bowl, taco, burrito and then form of vegan stuffing you’d like: fajita veggies, soyrizo or seta (sauteed mushrooms with chile pasillo minus the sour cream).

Thanks to their massive veggie/salsa bar, you have an excuse to order chips, too! After all, who doesn’t want more veggies delivered to them on a crispy tostito?

Check their Facebook page for specials (like Taco Tuesday) and late night Happy Hours.
