The new Indian/Pakistani/Persian restaurant, Shiraz (2575 S. Decatur Blvd.), is the host of the second annual Veganuary Las Vegas kick-off celebration. Join Vegans, Baby’s founder Diana Edelman on Thursday, Jan. 3 at Shiraz from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. for the event’s launch party.
