Marvelous Milkshakes author and plant-based nutritionist Ashley Diana has created some of the tastiest (and healthiest) dessert smoothies. While we’d love to share them all with you, that’s what her book is for.
Want to see how amazing a plant-based dessert can be? Enter the Strawberry Shortcake Milkshake.
According to Ashley, you won’t miss the dairy or fat from your typical after-meal calorie-laden deliciousness.
