I’ve heard rumors and read Yelp postings that say their Vegan Pho is NOT vegan….
I’ve asked and they confirmed it is vegan. I don’t know how anyone would know it wasn’t unless they were the ones preparing it. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of restaurants to be honest about what we are eating.
