Late last week Panacea, the health-focused plant-based restaurant in Boca Park, posted on its Facebook and Instagram that it would be closing its doors to make way for a new concept coming to the popular strip mall. While no news has come out of Boca Park, Panacea and numerous other businesses located in that section of the shopping and dining area have been bought out of their leases to make way for this new endeavor.
No final date has been announced, but it is imminent. In the meantime, the fast-casual spot is offering 35 percent of its entire menu and 50 percent off all drink items while supplies last.
Shane Stuart, the founder of Panacea, isn’t going anywhere, though. Stuart has partnered with Green Heart Dispensary to open ” a new kind of dining experience” and will continue to direct his efforts in the Las Vegas community (and beyond) to showcase how plants can heal.
The new project is set to pair plant-based dishes and elixirs with CBD and THC. The new project opening in Downtown Las Vegas will be the first of its kind in the city.
We spoke with Stuart and he promises to have more details in the near future.
