Moko Ramen

Diana Edelman
Updated

We’re obsessed with ramen. Obsessed. It’s turned into quite the quest to find vegan ramen in Las Vegas. And, we’ve had some luck the past few months discovering hidden gems, such as Moko Ramen.

This little spot on W. Charleston Blvd. serves up the classic Japanese noodles and more, and we love it. There aren’t a whole lot of vegan options, but if you’re looking for ramen, it works. The spinach noodles are vegan, and the miso and curry broths are, too. Add in some tofu and veggies to your bowl, and you’ve got a healthy serving of ramen goodness.

Other vegan options include the edamame, rice bowls with tofu and the tofu salad.

6350 W. Charleston Blvd., 702-489-4995, Monday – Thursday: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., Friday – Saturday: 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
