The vegan coffee shop options keep growing in Las Vegas! The MadHouse Coffee is one of our new favorite coffee shops in Las Vegas thanks to a few things:
- It is open 24 hours. Yes, you read that right.
- It has plenty healthy vegan options.
- It is another spot serving up the Impossible Burger.
- It’s got a chill vibe we dig.

MadHouse Coffee, located in Spring Valley, has an entire vegan section featuring dishes like the Impossible Burger, served with yucca fries or a quinoa salad. It’s also got whole plant dishes including our favorite — a vegan bowl loaded with veggies and beans, as well as a vegan wrap, and even a Gardein chicken dish.
For drinks, well, it’s a coffee shop, so you’ve got plenty of choices and features non-dairy milks made from soy, coconut, hemp and almonds.
