Vegan breakfast options at Lindens
First up, there are a few vegan breakfast dishes at Lindens. For example, they’ve got overnight oats with grilled pineapple and melon, sprinkle with cinnamon. Other vegan options are an açai bowl, and a vegan sausage, egg and cheese.
For sides, you can order an Impossible patty with housemade apricot and sage, a mixed berry salad or a green salad.
Vegan lunch and options
Vegan options at Lindens for lunch include a quinoa bowl with green beans, cucumbers and radishes. It’s tossed in a niçoise olive vinaigrette. This dish is the only one that’s specifically on the lunch menu and not the dinner menu.
In addition, they have a crispy fennel pita bread with herb-infused olive oil, aleppo pepper and aged balsamic. They also have Giardiniera with pickled veggies and hummus and a grilled King Oyster mushroom with rosemary and mushroom vinaigrette.
For main courses, try their pasta pomodoro with fresh roma tomatoes.
Other vegan options include an Impossible cheeseburger, or spiced cauliflower with gigante beans, crispy quinoa and citrus gremolata.
Vegan dessert
Finish off your meal with a vegan dessert at Lindens. Presented tableside, it features scoops of vegan ice cream, along with an assortment of fixings and sauce.
