Where to get vegan tapas in Las Vegas: Julian Serrano Tapas

Spanish fare is alive and well in Las Vegas, thanks to Julian Serrano Tapas inside ARIA Resort & Casino. Known for his Spanish creations, there are vegan options on the menu. Albeit not many.

If you are craving some tapas and shared dining, head here. We dig the vegan paella, even with a bit of a wait for them to make it, it’s flavorful and whisks us back to our old Spanish stomping grounds.

There are also delicious items like the tomato y pan (crushed tomatoes, garlic and olive oil on perfectly crisp bread), Spanish staple padron peppers, an asapargus you’ll melt over, grilled eggplant and more.

In addition, there are a few veggie items which can easily be tweaked vegan.
