Jardin, located inside Encore Las Vegas, offers a nice selection of vegan dishes, like all restaurants in the Encore/Wynn property. What sets this restaurant apart from others on property is its lack of fake meats in its dishes. Meaning: we love it.
Opened in early 2016, this airy restaurant offers seasonal dishes overlooking the lush pool area. With Chef Joseph Zanelli behind the menu, the restaurant serves vegan meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Breakfast choices include smoothies and juices, as well as fruit bowls, a tofu scramble and even a vegan french toast (yum).
For lunch, try the popular beet tartare or veggie flatbread, or the red curry braised tempeh.
Dinner options include buffalo cauliflower (yes, so much yes), arugula salad and the cavatappi pasta. Because the menu changes, it’s best to give a call and see what they are serving. Guaranteed it will be delicious.
