Healthy vegan food and smoothies come together at this fast-casual spot. Or, spots. Thanks to recent expansions, Greens and Proteins can now be found throughout the Valley, and we couldn’t be happier.
If you’re looking for healthy vegan food in Las Vegas (and have non-vegan peeps with you), Greens and Proteins is your spot. We dig the build-your-own plate and load up on the protein courtesy of tofu, cannelloni beans and kale with a side of buffalo sauce for a little oomph. But, you can mix and match and create your perfect lunch or dinner with this option.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Greens and Proteins has some seriously tasty vegan options. Start your day with some steel cut oats or a Southwest tofu and soy chorizo burrito (OMG yum). For lunch/dinner, don’t miss the Tortilla Soup. Seriously. It’s loaded with raw goodness (hello, cashews and veggies) all Vitamix-ed together into one of our favorite soups in town. Or, order up a vegan pizza, veggie burger or salad.
They’ve also got juices and smoothies that you’ll love. Love.
