Don’t let the panda logo fool you, Kenny Knoll and his Great Grubbing mean some serious business. Knoll, who stumbled into the world of restaurant ownership, is an actor, graphic designer and now, chef. His restaurant doesn’t only offer vegan grub. Get ready for this: every single item on Great Grubbing’s menu is also gluten-free. Yes, entirely gluten-free dining in Las Vegas.
Located in Green Valley, Great Grubbing is one of those hidden gems. It’s tucked off of Pecos in a quiet strip mall, but worth the trek no matter where in the Valley you are from.
So, let’s talk food. With an all-day breakfast, you can get your fix any time. We’re particularly huge fans of the homemade biscuits and gravy (so savory!), but they also serve french toast, waffles and pancakes.
Need coffee? They’ve got all the concoctions, including the vegan version of a bullet proof coffee known as the Dragonfire, lattes and more.
Then, there are the lunch and dinner items. The fast-casual joint serves sammies on homemade gluten-free and vegan bread, complete with vegan mayo and other sauces like Thai chili and coconut curry. We’re huge fans of the sweet potato-based veggie burger.
They’ve got bowls, they’ve got pizzas (you want the hot vegan, trust us) and they’ve got baked goods in the form of sensational cookies and muffins.
Oh, and they also make a mean smoothie.
