Fruits & Roots Organic Juice and Wellness Kitchen may be our new favorite juice bar in town. Why? Aside from the fact that we love how owner Patricia Kaytia has created all of the recipes, and that her shop uses — and recycles — all of their glass, and that all of their cups and lids are made from corn, and how knowledgeable her staff are, what we truly dig are the products.

Let’s talk shots first.

Our fave is the Immunity Booster. This all-organic concoction features one of our favorite oils ever — oregano — and a host of other goodness to help keep your little body ticking on all cylinders. They’ve got some other shots, too to help keep your body in top-top shape.

Of course, a juice bar has to have juices, and there are cold-pressed juices-a-plenty. While the staples are there (hello, green juice), Fruits & Roots also has some off-the-beaten path concoctions like the Hot Potato, made with sweet potato, apple, carrot, jalapeno, ginger and lemon (all organic, obvs).

But, there’s more.

Other drink options include a bevy of kombucha selections,  smoothies, iced teas, lemonades, and caffeinated beverages.

And then … there is the food. If you’re going to eat one thing on the menu, it’s got to be the Caesar wrap. Trust. And the homemade cheesecake.

They’ve also got acai bowls and snacks to nosh on.

Finally (whew), if you want to do a cleanse, Fruits & Roots offers cleanse programs to take home and use to help you get your health on.
