Flame Broiler

Updated

Over near 95 and Rainbow and need some fast-casual eats in your life? While the options for vegan food over in this part of the world may be a bit of a barren wasteland unless you want Subway (and, do you really want Subway?), The Flame Broiler has an option to fill your belly with vegan goodness.

The concept is super simple: it’s a rice bowl or plate. Add in some protein. Some veggies. Cover it in your choice of sauce. Voila. Lunch.

Heathy, vegan, fast lunch can be found at The Flame Broiler in NW Las Vegas. For more vegan options in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

There’s only one vegan option here, but there aren’t many options in the first place. The protein you’re going to pick is the organic charbroiled tofu. Choose from white or brown rice. Pick your vegetables. Devour.

What we dig about this spot is it’s a healthy option and uses organic ingredients. Plus, the bowl — when you pick one of the three sauces (spicy, spicier and spiciest magic sauce) — is super flavorful and won’t set you back a whole lot of pennies.
