It’s no secret the pizza scene in Las Vegas is hot. Thankfully, the pizzaiolas creating their award-winning pies in Vegas aren’t leaving out vegans in Las Vegas. Evel Pie – a vegan-friendly pizza shop in Downtown Las Vegas — is taking a bigger piece of the vegan pie with the launch of its new vegan menu — Flower Power — on Thursday, Jan. 16.
And, you’re all invited to celebrate.
Vegan Menu Launch + Takeover by Vegans, Baby
We’re taking over Evel Pie from 6 – 8 p.m. on the 16th so you can experience all of the new vegan options before the public. Evel Pie is going to feed us all of its new menu offerings, plus throw in a cider or non-alcoholic beverage for $25 per person.
The new Flower Power menu being served at the event features five new vegan pizzas (all made with Follow Your Heart cheese).
The vegan pizza party menu
420 – extra virgin olive oil, shiitake mushrooms, portobello mushrooms, baby button mushrooms, parsley (we got to try all the items last month and this is our favorite!)
Makin’ Bacon – Evel’s BBQ sauce, vegan pulled pork, vegan bacon, red onion
Vegan Meat Lover – Evel’s tomato sauce, vegan bacon, vegan beef, vegan sausage
Fake the Snake – Evel’s tomato sauce, vegan sausage, red peppers, caramelized onions
Beefer Madness – Evel’s tomato sauce, vegan beef, tomato, onion, banana peppers
The other new vegan eats being served at the party
Chicken Fingers – seven grain breaded vegan chicken fingers with jalapeño cilantro sauce (we could just eat the sauce, it’s that good)
Hippie Flip Salad – kale, golden beets, broccoli, kohl rabi, brussels sprouts, raddichio, carrots, and more tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette and topped with nutritional yeast
Blake’s Cider or non-alcoholic beverage
Tickets: $25 per person (inc. sales tax and gratuity)
