Crush, located in the center of MGM Grand, is all about the communal dining scene. Ideal for groups and those looking for a relaxed, tapas-style plates, this concept by Jenna and Michael Morton, highlights dishes prepared by Corporate Executive Chef Billy DeMarco.

The dinner-only spot offers up a full vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free menu that includes roasted cauliflower with garlic, chili and mint, risotto, tempura tofu and more.
