Shayanne Nelson, the founder of Bleu Moon, has been treating people to her sweets since spring 2017, gracing pop-up events around town with her signature cookies and other baked goods. She’s also garnered herself quite a loyal following thanks to her magazine-worthy creations that rival famous pastry chefs for their overflowing flowers cascading down walls of iced cake.
Bleu Moon Bakery takes orders and delivers their goods all over town. Nelson, who hails from LA, is a vegan pastry chef with a degree in baking and pastry. The classically-trained chef creates a massive variety of baked goods (that are allergy-free!) to order from cookies and pop tarts to croissants, danish, brownies, mini bundt cakes (with flavors like champagne, lavender and rose, and can be topped with fresh roses), muffins, conchas, scones, pies, tarts, custom cakes and even organic dog treats.
