Tucked into Hard Hat Lounge, a tiny, dark bar on Industrial Rd. is Guerrilla Pizza. Although it’s in the shadow of Downtown Las Vegas, don’t let its size or location fool you though. Inside the Lounge, Guerrilla Pizza’s corner of the building is making some of the best vegan pizza in Las Vegas and the world.

Pizza Pappi Robby Cunnningham opened the pizza shop in October 2020 and since then has become the vegan pizza darling in Las Vegas. The pies here are deep dish with a perfect layer of oil. Melty Follow Your Heart cheese, tangy pizza sauce and your choice of veggies and Beyond Sausage are toppers.
But, that’s not all.
Guerrilla Pizza also offers other vegan eats to devour. And, you will devour them.
They’ve got cheese-filled Beyond sausage rolls seasoned with Cunningham’s grandma’s secret Hungarian spice blend. In addition, poutine tots sprinkled with cheese and scallions are also served.
