Andrea’s

Looking for vegan friendly options at Wynn Las Vegas? Head to Andrea's and it's Asian cuisine. For more vegan eating in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

Upscale vegan dining on the Strip doesn’t get much better than Andrea’s. Housed inside the super vegan-friendly Wynn Las Vegas, Andrea’s serves a wide variety of options from the Impossible Burger (yup, it’s here!) to it’s signature Asian-inspired dishes including sushi and Chinese food dishes.

Dress up and bring some friends to indulge at Andrea’s. Start off with some share items like the shishito peppers, spicy tofu sushi or the Gardein Chick’n Lettuce Cups (note: you will find Gardein is used heavily on nearly all of the vegan menus at both Wynn and Encore). For your main course, there are quite a few vegan options like the Thai green curry with beef Gardein, the Kalbi Portobello Mushroom with sizzling kimchee fried rice or the veggie crispy pan-friend noodles with bok choy, mushrooms, carrots and bean sprouts.

Of course, if you’re keen to try the super meat-like Impossible Burger, it exists in the Ma Pa Tofu — a meatball dish made with the burger.

Still want to eat more? The vegan fried rice is on point.

Note: there is a dress code here. Men, collared shirts. Ladies, casual chic. Guests 18 and under are allowed in the dining room until 9 p.m., then it’s time to head home.
