We are experiencing a boom in vegan restaurants in Las Vegas! To make it easy to find all of the vegan restaurants in Las Vegas, we decided a quick guide was in order to share with readers all of the vegan restaurant options in Las Vegas — from fast food to dining in the dark. All restaurants below are entirely vegan.
Silverado Ranch has a healthy vegan restaurant, thanks to the fast-casual Ah-Sah-EE Café. Order up smoothies, salads, wraps and acaį bowls at this healthy spot in town open daily for breakfast, lunch and (early) dinner.
Black Out (Dining in the Dark)
Dine in pitch black darkness at Black Out (Dining in the Dark), Las Vegas’ only dining in the dark experience. Phones, watches and anything else that can emit light are stashed in lockers and you’re guided via server with night vision goggles to your seat. Choose from three flavor profiles (sweet, spicy, savory) and then let your other four senses take over. Lunch is four courses, dinner is six … and every single dish is plant-based. But, shhhh. They don’t promote that it’s vegan until after the meal when guests can see the menu. $59.95 – $79.95
Blinder Burgers & Brunch
Burges. Booze. And more. Blinders Burgers & Brunch is located in Northwest Las Vegas and features both the Impossible Burger ($10 for the basic!) and Beyond Burger, as well as partnerships with The Herbivorous Butcher, No Butcher and Virgin Cheese. Open for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, the plant-based restaurant fills a much-needed spot in this part of town. $9 – $15.
Chef Kenny’s Vegan Asian Restaurant
It was only a matter of time before Chef Kenny returned to dining scene. This time, he’s bringing his signature dishes to their new home at Chef Kenny’s Vegan Asian Restaurant. Opened in May 2018, the menu is heavy on mock meats that will fool even the most staunch omnivore, and focus heavily on vegan recreations of popular Chinese dishes. Plus, the restaurant also has a large vegan menu recreating eats like the Rainbow Roll, plus ramen, pho and milkshakes. Lunch specials are $8.95 , 11:30 a.m – 3 p.m. $6 – $15.50
Go Vegan Cafe
Juices, smoothies, raw foods and one of the best breakfast tofu omelets around, Go Vegan is one of the OG vegan restaurants in Las Vegas. The spot features a salad bar as an option at lunch for $9 a pound of vegan goodness, as well as a little area packed with vegan supplies. If you want to dip your toes into a raw diet in Las Vegas, Go Vegan is the place to go to give it a try before you start making all the eats at home. Insider tip: Go for breakfast. Those pancakes! Those waffles! Those scrambles and omelets! $10 – $16
Answering the calling for a vegan buffet, Govinda’s is a buffet featuring a variety of home-cooked eats (largely Indian) tucked into a temple. The food is donation based and suggested donation is $9.95 per person.
Pancho’s Vegan Tacos
If you’re over in Henderson, Anthem or the Southwest, Pancho’s Vegan Tacos is an all-vegan restaurant serving (you guessed it) vegan tacos. They also have burritos, enchiladas, sopes, tortas, burgers and even breakfast. Recently, the spot expanded and now has the city’s only vegan food truck hitting the town. $1.85 – $12.99
The city’s only Egyptian restaurant made the switch to all-vegan mid-October 2018. POTs focuses on vegan Egyptian street food with offerings including the carb-heavy (and heavenly) koshari, as well as salads, shawarma, drinks and desserts. Please, don’t forget the desserts (konafa cups are our kryptonite). $3.99 – $9.99
Led by the amazing Chef Stacey Dougan who famously served President Clinton when he was in town — twice! — Simply Pure’s tiny spot located in The Container Park — offers raw and cooked varieties of paninis, salads and wraps, plus cold pressed juices and smoothies. Can’t decide what you want? Simply Pure has a sampler platter to try some of the best eats on the menu. Insider tip: Order the lasagna. $8.95 – $11.95
This neighborhood taco shop is so much more than that. With a menu created by Executive Chef John Simmons of Firefly and Tacos + Beer, Tacotarian serves up a dozen tacos, plus Mexican staples like enchiladas, and then some funky twists like Taki Elotes (Taki covered elote), Frito Pie and Concha Loca – Mexican pastries stuffed with ice cream by Nourish Creamery & Juice Bar. Plus, they’ve got booze and one of the best vegan brunches in town every Sunday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. $2.50 – $9.50
The Modern Vegan
Opened in March 2018, The Modern Vegan has the largest menu of any we’ve ever seen — vegan or non-vegan. With more than 100 items, the restaurant serves up an epic brunch, and more. With a rotating selection of house-made soups, plus salads, juices and bowls, The Modern Vegan also offers some lighter fare. But, really, folks come here to experience the mind-blowing menu filled with veganized versions of some of the most popular brunch eats in America. The restaurant trades in their normal menu on Mondays for a gluten-free and raw one, and Tuesdays for Taco Tuesday. Insider tip: Order the corn dogs. And save room for dessert. $14 – $15
Our favorite vegan restaurant in Las Vegas serving Mexican food is Veganos Kitchen located on N. Rancho. Seriously. We drive across town to sink our teeth into their carne asada burrito. The vegan Mexican restaurant in Las Vegas offers up Beyond Meat burgers, tacos, quesadillas and more. $6.99 – $9.99
With two spots — Downtown Las Vegas and Henderson — VegeNation is the city’s only vegan restaurant with more than one location. These community-centered restaurants feature global street food from Executive Chef Donald Lemperle. The vegan restaurant in Las Vegas has emerged as a hot spot not only for food, but also events from pop-up art galleries and shops to live music for Sunday Brunch, a DJ for Meatless Monday and fundraisers. Insider tip: Be sure to swing to either location for their veggichanga during Thursday lunch. $11.95 – $12.95
Las Vegas’ first vegan fast food restaurant (complete with drive-thru), Vege-Way is run by Chef Kenny Chye, who used to helm Veggie House in China Town. Boasting burgers, curly fries, milkshakes and Chinese eats, Vege-Way serves up vegan meals on a budget. The Las Vegas vegan fast food restaurant has everything from salads to burgers to tacos to meal deals. Insider tip: Love the patties? You can purchase them to take home and cook. $5.95 – $8.89
Another restaurant that changed to vegan in its early days, VeggiEat Xpress serves Asian favorites from Chinese dishes like General Tsos to pho to Vietnamese sandwiches and even sushi. Filling a vegan void in Henderson, VeggieEat Xpress has a large menu featuring both mock meats and veggies. $9.75 – $13.95
This vegan Chinese spot features a menu created by Chef Kenny Chye (although he is no longer with the restaurant) and serves vegan Chinese food that makes some people question whether or not the food is actually vegan. Spoiler alert: it is. And, it’s gooooood. Veggie House is massive and largely focuses on mock meats, but there are other options, too, like salads and veggie sushi, plus soup if you’re not a fake meat person. $9.95 – $14.50
Self-proclaimed healthy fast food spot Veggy Street converted to an all-vegan restaurant in its infancy and has since grown to two locations. And we’re so glad they did. This vegan option in Las Vegas offers up a wide variety of food, from burritos and tacos to burgers, hot dogs and the “tacopica” — a tapioca taco shell. The flavors here are on point and we can’t get enough of juices they’ve created, either. They’ve got two locations in town — one in Silverado Ranch and one in Spring Valley. $6.25 – $11.11
Violette’s Vegan Organic Cafe & Juice Bar
Violette’s fun, groovy vibe and a newly revamped menu packed with vegan comfort food, healthy bowls and juices makes this vegan restaurant in Las Vegas a crowd favorite. Owned by poker-pro Cyndy Violette, it’s super kid-friendly (there’s even a kid’s area), cozy and packed with eats from loaded potato skins to acai bowls … and everything in between, including donuts from the vegan-friendly donut shop, Ronald’s Donuts, every weekend. $10.95 – $14.95
