Section A - Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Participant

OFFER
Restaurant must provide at least one dish or pre-fix meal to promote for Vegan Dining Month no later than Dec. 15, 2022
Restaurant may create new dishes or coursed meals specifically for Vegan Dining Month
- or -
Restaurant can identify specific dishes already on menu for Vegan Dining Month


Restaurant must provide vertical image and/or video to accompany selected items no later than Dec. 15, 2022
Restaurant must offer special items at all times during Vegan Dining Month or specify when available to Vegans, Baby no later than Dec. 15, 2022

MENU
Restaurant must create material to promote Vegan Dining Month menu (inserts, in-store signage, etc.)
Tax and gratuities are not included in price of Vegan Dining Month dishes
The selected menu items should leave an impression with diners, including those who are trying your restaurant for the first time. Choose to feature dishes that are most popular among your guests, new creations or your favorites

FEES
Vegan Dining Month Marketing fee: $399

ADDITIONAL TERMS
Restaurant agrees to donate a portion of all Vegan Dining Month sales to TBD non-profit no later than Feb. 15, 2023
Restaurant agrees to idemnify Vegan Dining Month and Vegans, Baby for all costs associated with event
Restaurant agrees to idemnify Vegan Dining Month and Vegans, Baby for dining and guest experiences
Restaurant agrees to promote Vegan Dining Month event on social media and in-store at least one week prior to launch of event and at least once a week during the event
Should Restaurant remove itself from program before or during the campaign, no refund will be issued.

Section B - Duties and Responsibilities of Vegans, Baby

Vegans, Baby will provide the following:
Public Relations/Media Relations:
Press release announcing participants
Potential interview opportunities

Social media:
Instagram Stories promoting each restaurant (imagery/video provided by restaurant)
Facebook post promoting Vegan Dining Month with link to Vegans, Baby blog post
Sharing posts and promoting on key vegan and vegetarian groups (more than 10k reach)

Promotion on Vegans, Baby web site
Blog post announcing participants with individual restaurant listing and dish

Promotion in newsletter
Announcement of restaurant participation to audience of more than 9,000 opt-in subscribers
