Vegan Vietnamese food in Las Vegas exists at Mr. Sandwich. Located across from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Mr. Sandwich has an entire vegan menu to devour. An. Entire. Menu.
Starters at this fast-casual vegan-friendly restaurant in Las Vegas include tofu spring rolls (so good!), vegan egg rolls and vegan potstickers, as well as a tofu sandwich (we’re sticking it under starters because it’s small and there are other dishes that work better as an entree).
For main courses, choose from vegan options like fried rice, pad thai, pad kee mao, chow mein, or a variety of curries — all with tofu. Our favorite is the tofu Yakisoba udon.
Soups include vegan pho, tom kha and tom yum.
They’ve also got drinks to enjoy, from coffee to boba. It’s good to see vegan options in Las Vegas near UNLV!
