Miss Mylk lands at The Juice Box
Miss Mylk, which launched earlier this year as a health conscious meal prep service in Las Vegas sets up shop at the popular Southwest juice shop.
“The opportunity popped. up at the right time with the right people,” says Kelsey Dillon, co-founder of Miss Mylk. “We love that Aaron [Bradley, owner of The Juice Box] has the same values with his juice — staying away from processed concentrates or added sugars.”
Now, locals can try the food from Miss Mylk before ordering their meal prep services. They’ll be offering the full meal prep menu at The Juice Box as hot dishes for dine-in.
In addition, they will also serve a few exclusive dishes not on the meal prep menu that pair perfectly with the raw, organic, cold-press juices, smoothies and vegan boba the spot is known for.
As for the meal prep arm of Miss Mylk, Dillon says it’s a little longer until they are up and running again. They’re waiting to adjust to the new part of their business and figure out flow.
The Juice Box and Miss Mylk’s new eats are available via LOCO, a locally-owned co-op delivery service.
“Bringing on HEIRLOOM and Miss Mylk, we were looking for an elevated cuisine above and beyond your traditional juice bar fare,” says Bradley. “Certain staples like avocado toasts were missing, and what the two bring are exciting new twists on healthy dining.”
Vegan eats now offered at The Juice Box thanks to the Miss Mylk/HEIRLOOM partnership are:
PB & J Bites — oats, almonds, freeze-dried strawberry, maple syrup, pea protein
Rose Chai Energy Bites — mixed nuts and seeds, maple, chai, rose, maple syrup
Raspberry Jam Chia Oat Pudding — housemade jam, date almond butter, maca/cacao blend, ground flax, cacao nibs, chia oat pudding
Hippie Chick-Pea Toast — seasonal hummus, lavender tabouli, sprouts, hemp seed pesto, crispy chickpeas, cashew cream
The King — Nutella, brûlée banana, grain-free granola
Smoothie Bowl Pancakes — matcha-maple tahini, seasonal jam, superfood pancakes, pea protein, fresh fruit, EBS avocado, bee pollen
Vegan Early Bird — JUST egg, vegan cheese, chickpea chorizo, arugula, tomato, vegan jalapeño hollandaise, served on a biscuit
Chorizo Tacos — chickpea walnut chorizo, beet pico, zucchini salsa, refried lentils, heirloom corn tortilla
Impasta Mac — Mac Sauce (nut-free), farmers market mushrooms, “bacon”, onion three ways
Chili Chz Fries — chili-lime dusted sweet potato fries, Miss MYLK queso, chickpea-walnut chorizo, cashew cream, green onion
Expect grab-and-go coolers in the future with packaged meals to purchase as the meal prep side expands and customers can get the meals when they want versus once-a-week.
