Silverado Ranch’s loss is Chinatown’s gain. Ah-Sah-EE Cafe has moved from Siverado Ranch to partner with Almond Milk Creamery. Together, the two businesses have plans to open a location adjacent to the Las Vegas vegan restaurant, Cafe No Fur.
Ah-Sah-EE was a vegan fast-casual restaurant in Las Vegas and now comes to the city in the form of a walk-up window serving up some of the favorites from their shuttered location.
At the new location (opening soon), they’ll be dishing out the goods daily from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., they’re serving up Ah-Sah-EE’s popular açai bowls, wraps, smoothies and ice cream and milkshakes (courtesy of Almond Milk Creamery).
The vegan cafe first arrived to Las Vegas in October 2018 and quickly grabbed the attention of Las Vegans craving healthy vegan eats. Ah-Sah-EE is known for their fresh açai bowls and nutritious smoothies along with our personal favorite, the Spicy Kale Wrap (please, order this. Your tastebuds will thank you).
While the full-service vegan cafe is no longer open, we’re thrilled that Ah-Sah-EE lives on as a vegan option in Las Vegas’ Chinatown.
